I’m Dr. Ellie, a licensed clinical psychologist originally from South Florida. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in Miami, followed by my master’s and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale.
I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, burn-out, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem concerns. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves — their patterns, values, and inner strengths — so they can build lives that feel meaningful, connected, and fulfilling.
My clinical experience includes providing individual therapy, couples and family counseling, and conducting comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations. I have experience assessing children, adolescents, and adults for diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, ADHD, and cognitive and academic functioning. I completed my clinical internship at the Faulk Center for Counseling in Boca Raton, Florida, where I provided services across the lifespan through individual, group, and family therapy, as well as psychological assessment.
In my therapeutic work, I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel truly heard and understood. Together, we work to build self-awareness, strengthen self-esteem, improve relationships, and develop the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. I also enjoy helping clients recover from the stress and exhaustion of burn-out, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a life that allows for joy, balance, and ongoing personal growth.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, cooking, reading, paddleboarding, and appreciating the beauty of South Florida’s beaches.
